Software Dependability

Any statements made by Keywords Magnet are in all honesty. The content and information provided by Keywords Magnet are all accurate and up-to-date. Keywords Magnet guarantee’s real results, but Keywords Magnet will assume no liability or responsibility for omissions and errors.  

Use Restrictions

Keywords Magnet is meant for personal and business use only. No unlawful use is promoted, endorsed, or allowed by Keywords Magnet. The software and website should not be used in any unlawful manner or in any way that will violate the Terms of Use.

Keywords Magnet also reserves the right to monitor remove in part or in whole any information or material form the website or software.

Upon purchase the customer retains a license to use Keywords Magnet from one IP address. For any other additional downloads permission should be attainted from Keywords Magnet. You will also hereby be restricted from sublicensing Keywords Magnet to any third party.

Reasonable measures will be taken to protect and safeguard all personal information as stated in the Keywords Magnet Privacy Policy.

Indemnity

Termination

Keywords Magnet reserves all rights to terminate the software at anytime with no prior notice. In the event of termination Keywords Magnet will not be held liable for any loss.

Return/Refund

All refunds will be made within seven days of purchase. A return is only possible if software is erroneous or malfunctioning. Upon refund the customer will be liable for all additional fees and charges.

Miscellaneous

The Terms of Use will be governed by State of Virginia rules. If any part of this Terms of Use agreement is found unenforceable than all other parts will remain in full effect.

All agreements are legally binding.
